OUR FOUNDER PAUL WYCHERLEY
The Founder and Director of the business is Paul Wycherley. Hailing from Cork in Ireland, Paul has worked in the professional football industry in the U.K. and Ireland for nearly 15 years. Paul has worked in professional clubs, academies and community departments, in coaching, education, development, administration and operations. His most recent role was as General Manager (CEO) of a professional club. He has completed The UEFA A Coaching Licence and The English F.A. Advanced Youth Award. Paul has a Masters in Sports Sciences from Brunel University. He has a strong background in business having worked in London in investment banking, and has a Degree in Finance from University College Cork (U.C.C.). He still coaches locally, including coaching development and education, as well as assessing football business opportunities alongside the core business of PW Football Recruitment.
